GRANT AWARDS

S.E.A. received two grants in early June!  The first, from an anonymous foundation, will support S.E.A. PARK and the second from The Davis Conservation Foundation, which is a public charity, will strengthen S.E.A. FAIR and other S.E.A. programs.  The Davis Conservation Foundation “provides grants to charitable organizations primarily in northern New England in support of projects related to wildlife, wildlife habitat, environmental protection and outdoor recreation.”  We are excited about the ways in which these two grants will help S.E.A. further its mission to Inspire Generations of Stewards.

WHAT IS A WATERSHED?

“It’s a land area that channels rainfall and snowmelt to creeks, streams, and rivers and eventually to outflow points such as reservoirs, bays and the ocean.” ~ NOAA

Please visit S.E.A. Park at the Camden Public Landing. The aquarium will be full soon, and the planters, benches, and picnic tables are already in place.
